This course is perfect for anyone wanting to learn how to live a healthier life and lose weight.
Perhaps you have been given a recent diagnosis of diabetes, high blood pressure/high cholesterol or you just feel totally overwhelmed about all the dietary advice out there and what will work for you.
After many years of treating patients, I have found an absolute love of helping people lose weight to reduce their risk of disease as well as helping them achieve their personal health/body image goals. This 6 week fully online program gives you all the tips and tricks I have learnt that work to enable you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
The program is delivered to you over 6 weeks (2 sessions per week) but it is self-paced so you can learn at your own pace. It is best viewed on a PC or Laptop and please allow up to 1 hour for your program to be delivered after purchasing.
You can also use this course in combination with in clinic/online consultations with me.
